Bora Bora Bar friend just gave me one to sample- surprisingly delicious!
Black Tea with a lil' half & half

Roast Beef Sandwich with Horseradish, Provolone, and Spring Greens

Pasta with a Chipotle-Goat Cheese Tomato Sauce, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Artichokes
Hubby made dinner-- lucky me- YuM!

But I made....

Red Wine Roasted Pheasant with Creme Fraiche and Roasted Vegetables
Chicken Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower
Vanilla-Champagne Creamy Salmon
Ricotta Stuffed Chicken with Spinach Souffle
Vegetable Ragu over Creamy Polenta

And of course, for the sake of quality control I did taste each. mmmm...
